Pickerington Senior Center
About Us
The Pickerington Senior Center was started in 1974 and our building built in 1984. As Pickerington has grown, so has the Center. Today there are activities for a variety of interests. Educational seminars are held frequently on topics related to health care, finance planning and legal issues for individuals 50 and over. Luncheons, cornhole, line dancing, euchre, bridge, bingo, classic movies, watercolor painting, writing class and crafts are some of the regularly scheduled activities.

The Center's hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The Center is equipped with a full commercial kitchen, a library, an arts and craft room and a main event area capable of holding 250 people. These areas are available for rent for members and public.

The Center is unique in the manner that is funded by a five-year tax levy and fund raising by our members. It is governed by a Board of Trustees. Much of the work related to maintaining the building and grounds is performed by the members themselves.

Membership is available to anyone 50 and over.
