Fitness For a Purpose
Fitness For a Purpose every Friday morning. The workout will include some Latin fusion dance moves. The class starts at 9:00 am, registration/sign up at 8:30 am. All you need for the class is comfy clothes, supportive shoes and a good attitude.
Strength Class every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 am. The class is free to Members. Strength class focuses on building upper and lower body strength, a good stretch and improving your balance. Come in and join your friends. Instructor's name is Kelley Deilbert.
